A young vegan man who loves nature and the environment, thus cooking avoiding all animal products came spontaneously. His passion for cooking vegan food started years ago when he became vegan at only 16. He attended a cooking school in Milan then traveled in Europe and the USA trying to refine his taste and get to know different cultures. He worked for more than 1 year in a vegan restaurant as a pastry chef and during this time he decided to open his own pastry factory in Northern Italy. His pastry factory, "Black Sheep" prepares raw pastries but also dinner and brunches. The last 4 years he has been teaching cooking classes to international clientele.
